Making a Great Manhattan
This simple, classic cocktail, which comes chilled and calls for a little bit of sweet vermouth, lets whiskey be the star while reducing some of the alcohol’s sharpness.
Our version of a Manhattan is light on the vermouth, which lets the full-flavored, complex Redbreast 12 Year Old Whiskey shine. Sit back and appreciate the complex spicy, fruity aroma with toasted wood notes. This is a cocktail meant to be savored.
