25 ml of Lemon Juice

25 ml of Egg white

10 ml of crème de apricot

10 ml of 2:1 sugar syrup

3 dashes of orange bitters

Steps

Add Redbreast, lemon juice, egg white, crème de apricot, simple syrup and orange bitters to a cocktail shaker. Dry shake for 20-30 seconds.

Add ice cubes to your cocktail shaker and shake again until cold, about 10-25 seconds.
