  • 25 ml of Lemon Juice
  • 25 ml of Egg white
  • 10 ml of crème de apricot
  • 10 ml of 2:1 sugar syrup
  • 3 dashes of orange bitters
  • Cucumber to garnish
  • ⅚ Parts of Lemon Juice
  • ⅚ Parts of Egg white
  • ⅓ Parts of crème de apricot
  • ⅓ Parts of 2:1 sugar syrup
  • 3 dashes of orange bitters
  • 1 Cucumber to garnish


  1. Add Redbreast, lemon juice, egg white, crème de apricot, simple syrup and orange bitters to a cocktail shaker. Dry shake for 20-30 seconds.
  2. Add ice cubes to your cocktail shaker and shake again until cold, about 10-25 seconds.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice and garnish with cucumber slices and mint.
